It all about breaking the American people! We are already broken and have been! I will never trust any American institutions. American financial institutions don't work for us they destroy everything and create suffering! America is a totalitarian regime and has been most of my 48 years.
We are slaves! Just tell me what we have to do for the richest people in the world! I'm disabled and not going to fight it! I'm a slave I know that! We are not free and I know that!
There's no hope or opportunity and I'm never going to be optimistic again! I just want to survive! What does this totalitarian regime what from me?

There is no borrowing: the central bank sets the interest paid on reserves created thru deficit spending. Reserves are swapped for bonds just to maintain the borrowing illusion.

Doesn’t the federal reserve just follow the 2 year yield? Whatever the 2 year yield is, that’s what they eventually end up doing.

Here is the frustrating thing. What can we do? I am 62. I have made a substantial amount of money in my life. I can't escape this warped system and neither can any other American. We complain, but all we can really do is vote. And it seems our vote doesn't really change anything. Our politicians are idiots overall, our bankers and the Fed Treasury are in cahoots. I just do the best I can in this warped and unjust system.

Whatever happens, the Fed prints. It's the most politically feasible way out. Politicians care only about their next terms, not our next generation.

The debt ceiling was put in place to keep the FR from over lending to the US Gov. So now they just raise the debt ceiling. Easy to see we're being robbed.
