Kelsey Becker, project and operations manager and co-chair of the WE group, highlights the importance of collaborating with female colleagues and witnessing the tangible impact of the initiative.

In line with supporting women’s achievements, Heffernan has recognized the need for greater diversity within its workforce and is committed to hiring and promoting more women across all levels of the organization.

Kate Grasman, chief information officer, underscores the value of the mentorship program, describing it as a transformative experience for both mentors and mentees. Through this program, connections are forged across the company, enabling the exchange of stories, ideas, and best practices.

Leticia Trevino, chief operations officer and co-chair of the WE group, takes pride in the ongoing efforts to empower and champion women at Heffernan. For Trevino, the WE group’s mission transcends mere rhetoric, embodying a genuine commitment to creating an environment where women can thrive both personally and professionally.

Over the years, the mentorship program has witnessed a remarkable 114% increase in participation from 2022 to 2024. Heffernan plans to persist in its investment in career development and training, hosting events that empower and motivate its employees.
