How to Fix Government and Budget:
1. Constitution of the USA
2. Bill of Rights3. 1 five year term for Congressman and President (salary 100 thousand dollars).
4. 3 months for Primary election from start of campaign to Primary election.
5. 3 months for General election from end of primary election, to the General election.
6. Only one 100 dollar donation per candidate per election per US citizen.
7. Only one 1000 dollar donation per party per election per US citizen.
8. No companies can donate to candidates, or parties.
9. No foreign people or governments can donate to candidates, or parties.
10. No PACs (political action committee) spending millions of dollars to get their corrupt politicians into our Government
The government is for the people by the people Not for Billionaires like Elon Musk who spent 270 million dollars to get a Dictator named Trump elected.11. No Lobbyists allowed (illegal bribes)
12. All government meetings are open to the public, except rare Top Secret meeting's.
13. All budget's are balanced, no borrowing, except for National Emergency.
14. No Electoral College, for Presidential elections, just the National Popular Vote.
15. Tax millionaires and billionaires.
16. Stop the Revolving Door between Military companies and the Government.

There's not enough fraud in the program to offset its insolvency, Musk/DOGE are just blowing smoke.
My last statement stated that my social security will be 23% less than current face value by the time I'm 65.
There's not going to be privatization of the program, you can't even get congress to reform the program to make it more solvent.
Unfortunately, too many believe social security is a retirement plan. It isn't and was never intended to be. -
No need to raise overall fed tax or SS tax rates, just lift the cap on amount of income that gets SS tax.
