Its simple really. Stocks markets will only go up as the dollar erodes. It's literally impossible for index to drop over the long term while the dollar remains a fiat currency. Your house gets older and more out of date everyday. And everyday the dollar loses value faster than your house so when measuring in dollars everything will go up until we see a day that the m2 money supply goes down. M2 is the best market indicator in existence.
