Shocking Lawsuit: Alexander Brothers Accused in New Sexual Assault Case by Jane Doe

A New Allegation in the Tale of Tal Alexander and His Brothers

In a recent development, another woman, anonymously known as Jane Doe, has come forward with a disturbing sexual assault case against former real estate agent Tal Alexander and his brother, Alon.

Here are some key points surrounding the case:

  • Jane Doe alleges that she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Tal and Alon at their shared residence in the summer of 2010. These allegations mirror those of numerous other women who have accused the brothers of similar crimes since June.
  • Oren Alexander, Alon’s twin and Tal’s business partner, is implicated in the case for allegedly being present during the assault but failing to intervene. However, he is not listed as a defendant in this particular suit.
  • The lawsuit was filed in the district court for the Southern District of New York, where many other civil suits against the brothers have been lodged. The complaint is based on New York City’s gender-motivated violence law, which has been the legal foundation for other similar cases as well.

Here are some additional aspects of the ongoing legal saga involving the brothers:

  • This marks the 18th civil case brought against one or more of the brothers since the first suits were filed by two women against Oren and Alon in March.
  • Besides facing federal sex trafficking charges, the brothers are also dealing with state charges in Florida.
  • Although the brothers have entered not guilty pleas and have vehemently refuted all allegations against them, they remain in federal custody until their trial commences on January 5, 2026.

The FBI has been conducting thorough investigations into the accusations against the brothers, interviewing up to 60 women who claim to have been victimized by them. These allegations span back to 2010, with the FBI suggesting a longstanding pattern of misconduct dating back even further, to their high school years.

Tal and Oren Alexander, once regarded as top-tier agents at Douglas Elliman, made a significant move in 2022 by leaving to establish their own luxury brokerage, Official Partners, in New York. Affiliated with the prestigious white label brokerage Side, their partnership has since unraveled due to legal disputes.

In a lawsuit filed by Side, it is alleged that the brothers defaulted on a substantial promissory note worth $4.6 million. The initial legal team representing them pulled out of the case, citing non-payment of fees. Subsequently, the brothers sought new legal counsel to represent them.

In a bid to protect their financial interests, Side obtained a preliminary injunction to freeze the collateral associated with the loan, expressing concerns that the collateral could be liquidated to cover bail or legal expenses following the brothers’ arrests and subsequent incarceration.

Alon Alexander, the third brother, had been employed by their father’s private security firm, Kent Security.

As the legal battles continue to unfold, the public awaits the resolution of these complex and deeply troubling accusations.
