I think the American people have the right to know whether email and documentations show a one sided political agenda that has stiffled the digial/crypto assests, whether tokenized securities/nontokenization. There has been no update in these definitions, to include blockchain platforms, exchanges as being drfined as brokers, distrubuted ledgers, smart or investment contracts, crypto tokens, tokenized, securities /tokenized nonsecuries, and custody of these tokens.
Also, any such words that the crypto industry has used to difine in their white papers, roadmaps, or research papers.
Lastly, these Crypto/blockchain exchanges or platforms that custody for major U.S. companies are neither for or against any political party. However, regulation by enforcement rather that the approval of ETF's for other digital assets, and continued hearing, false accusations of businesses within the crypto/digital asset industry gives the appearance the the organization are tipping the scales toward a political parties agenda or nonpartisan.
