He says the fund has double-beat the S&P 500 over the last 20 years. Then CNBC immediately shows a chart that directly disputes this; it shows the exact opposite.

It is diversified enough for the remaining 75% to make up for tech stocks. Just stick with s&p and don’t pay attention to any of those so called analyst

I’m convinced that investing significantly in the right stock before it goes big is more important than buying the dip, however picking the right company lies the difficult task. My question is, what are the best ways to accrue profits both in a bull or bear market?

the S&P 500 is mainly tech because its 2024. we are not going to go backwards. it’s a great choice to dollar cost average into for most investors whom want stock exposure.

I wonder what the best opportunities to invest now are, there are opinions but a little later I find out these opinions don't matter as a totally different turn of events play out with the stocks they discussed therein…

Just another fund manager who can't beat the S&P 500 who's real talent is pitching his product.

    2:08 Ouch!

Wow, this guy?? Selling his fund. Lol S&P500 is up 19.89% just this year. I had but will never have financial adwisers. They are always selling their products. Ever since I decided to Invest in S&P I never looked back. And don’t forget the fee these “advisors” charge unlike Vanguard S&P500 at 0.004%. Listen Buffett over these guys. S&P 500 beats all these managers 88% of the time!!

In these uncertain times, it's more important than ever to have a solid understanding of how to manage your finances, invest wisely and navigate economic downturns. But my primary concern is how to grow my reserve of $240k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains, sure I'm all in on the long term game, but with my savings are lying waste to inflation and my portfolio losing gains everyday, I need a remedy.

The rising interest rate can surely control inflation, but won't prevent erosion of the eroding purchasing power of the US dollar. I have learnt my lesson this time. The banks can't be making money off my money, while inflation eats into it. I have set aside 650k to invest in the stock market now, since that keeps up with inflation, but I don't know how to get started.

I am a little worried about growth projections of funds i kept in a HYSA north of 280k, I aim to avoid FOMO. Am I better off investing into Gold as it seems stocks are a little too unstable right now? Will my money keep with inflation?

One of the biggest fears about investing in the stock market is the potential for loss. Many people worry about market volatility, economic downturns, and the possibility that their investments may not recover.

I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024

Most people miss it but the secret to retiring comfortably is finding a way to make returns while your money works for you. My Dad, as i remember started saving for retirement quite late but I know he was making more than 10k returns from his investments monthly and it was completely passive.
