I am shocked that Virginia was the first state in the south to legalize weed, I thought for sure it would be Florida.😊

Big cotton. Big alcohol. Big tobacco. Big timber. Big pharma. These entities are what’s keeping hemp and marijuana illegal. They pad the pockets of congress and senate traitors. They know hemp and marijuana could and would put them out of business. If only we could out-pad those pockets. Think of what we could accomplish. 🤙🏼✊🏾🇺🇸💙🌊

Alcohol is a far worse drug than cannabis. You can buy that garbage in any corner store

Nope, voting No………..other states that have, they have had too many issues with everything from increased crime, 100's of illegal shops, traffic fatalities, and not the tax returns expected you people think. Google all my reasons for voting no before hammering with non-fact replies……

They are worried about the bad things. The same bad things that already exist with alcohol and will always exist weather either is legal or illegal

If weed isn’t legal than neither should alcohol.

Marijuana nor hemp will be legalized. A small minority of the people cannot profit if the public has free access to do with it as they please. Oppression will continue, even if the ballot measures are passed.

De-criminalize, de-schedule, and make it fully legal nationwide at the federal level. It never should have been illegal in the first place.

Yea, it's TOTALLY cannabis that would turn Florida into some lawless dumpster fire and not all the meth, booze and white trash that already exist there in abundance. I've lived in several states where it's legal and the worst thing I can is, there are a lot fewer empty storefronts because they're being filled with dispensaries. If the states get things right it means thousandsof legal, taxable jobs.

Considering the comments section of this video, it would appear those polls referenced in the video were primarily conducted by bible-clutching republicans who only want control and order by their Gov't because they're scared of change.

I love how they just lob these crazy scenarios of what’s going to happen if it’s legalized. It’s almost as if they don’t have other states to use as an example for their arguments. There’s already 24 States with legalized recreational cannabis, some have had it for more than a decade! I must have missed all the doom and gloom that happened to these places.

💯% Republican legislators are going to do whatever they can to either delay or try to block the sale through legal means.

You can forget Texas. Texas is part of the "bible belt" which vehemently objects to legalization.

Not allowing people to grow their own in the sunshine is a no for me. Having said that, this is the most difficult voting decision I’ve ever had to make. I can’t stand any of the interests involved. I have voted on every issue since 92’, but I may not be able to vote on this. I am willing to sell my certified/notorized mail in ballot for 500 dollars !

weed is in every head shop across the state. their argument is meaningless republicans just fear mongering same old tricks. but hemp is still putting people in jail for for possession . hemp regulates the sale but don't protect consumers. i say vote yes

It'd actually be good for both Ron. Prescription drug use goes down in every state that legalizes and quality of life actually goes up.

if marijuana does legalize here in Florida then get ready other drugs will take priority here in Florida like a massive coke ,meth crack everything but marijuana now think about it all them marijuana sellers out there gonna step up to even more dangerous drugs and can be blamed directly on the marijuana legalization cause if marijuana doesn't move they'll find something else to move and then become even more dangerous on the street of Florida watch and see what happens
