I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Katherine Rathe

The great thing about dividend investing is when the market crashes and you're prepared, you end up making more money because you're getting all these dividends with higher yields. So we tend to appreciate the lower markets. Even though we've lost on paper capital gains, we got a lot more in the long run.

I’m not sure you’ll see this but if you do, you’ve changed my life with your videos and I’m extremely grateful. I started back in April and I’m already at $340 in yearly dividends using a mix of growth and income yielding mostly monthly payments at an average of 6% (pushing for 7% as I size up my income positions). At this rate, I’ll be able to comfortably live off of my dividends in about a decade and I’ve even built a portfolio for my retiring parents to live off of (and this is beyond my retirement accounts). Keep up the great work and I’m looking forward to all your future videos!

Someone with small account should be more aggressive than just buying $SCHD. Combination of $QQQ +$QQQI + $SVOL + $BTI/$MO/$ABR/$ENB/$NESF.L (insert ~10 your favorite high dividend stocks) should be considered.

What motivates me to continue doing dividend investing is when I calculate the percentage return on my initial investment. I can do this easily and accurately with two of my four accounts (one being a ROTH), since those receive an annual additional investment at the beginning of the year. Having only just started about 2.5 years ago, and reinvesting all of my dividend payments, I was amazed to see that in the first half of this year, the dividend payments for each of those accounts is at 14-15 percent of my initial investment, which was really surprising as I was expecting by this year to be getting somewhere in the 10 percent range. With the other two accounts, I did a calculation that averaged out the investments I have been making over the course of this year, and again, the dividend payments within the first six months is running at an annual average of 14%"+. really amazing and very encouraging.

I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Thanks Natalie Strayer .

love ya DB!
I started investing back in 1988, so I have seen every downturn in recent history. I wish I had your advice back then.
For anyone starting to invest, this advice is pure Gospel.

If Intel drops to $12.50 it will meet your 4% rule. It hit $20.42 today with a today’s drop 26+%. Could be next week.

You work for 40yrs to have $1m in your retirement, Meanwhile some people are putting just $10k in a meme coin for just few months and now they are multi millionaires. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life

"Great video! Just what I needed to kickstart my dividend investing journey. I've been hoarding an emergency fund of $234k (yes, you read that right) and now looking to put that cash to work. Anyone else think putting your money in a savings account feels like watching paint dry? 🤣 Ready to see those high yields roll in! 💸💸💸"

I would like to see a video on "investing a large windfall for income" My 401K was in mutual funds like vanguard S&P 500 but I wanted to switch to income investing. It is around $600K. I have rolled it into a fidelity IRA and have invested it into income generating stocks. I am retiring next month and am curious how you would invest something like that. I am currently generating around $70K now
