The House Speaker is third in line for Presidency, and Musk is INELIGIBLE to be President, so also INELIGIBLE to be Speaker.

You are forgetting that if Elon Musk were chosen to be Speaker, in the event of the demise of both the President and Vice President, a naturalized citizen would be taking the office of President. This would be unconstitutional, so I think it incumbent upon reason to reject the idea that a foreign born, naturalized citizen can be chosen to be Speaker. I would add that given the Speaker's position in the line of succession to President, all Constitutional requirements for the Presidency would have to be met by anyone seeking the position of Speaker.
It also has to be taken into account that where the Constitution says that Congress shall choose its Speaker and other officers, when we look at the list of officers: Majority and Minority Leader; Whips; Chaplain; Chief Adminstrative Officer; Clerk of the House, and Sergeant at Arms, each of these positions is an elected one. It would be inconsistent to allow the Congress to choose as its Speaker ( an officer) who was not elected, given the forementioned. Besides, it has traditionall been the case, and without exception since the first Congress of this country, that the Speaker was chosen from within the ranks. How do you think the Supreme Court, which uses Originalism as a legal doctrine, can possibly grant the Speakership to Elon Musk?? -

The list of the top ten companies getting government subsidies is just out. President Musk’s Tesla gets almost $3 BILLION a year! Turns out he is part of the problem with government spending. I wouldn’t vote for him for any public office much less SOTH. Oh and Bezos’ amazon gets almost $6 BILLION in government subsidies every year as well. Preserving that is probably why he just had lunch with the Orange Toddler.
