Thank God for giving us a President with common sense and love for our country! States don't need fresh water to put out fires. California has a coast line that runs the whole state. They can fill water tanks and lines with sea water and use it to put out fires. They can also use salt water for bathing, laundry and dishes after filtering it, just like well water. Save the fresh water for drinking, food, Forest and crops.
