Sociopaths are attracted to power and attention like bees are to honey. It's why our political system is inundated with them. We can address this and all the problems they create by simply requiring anyone running for office at any level of government , to take a test to determine whether or not they have sociopathic tendencies and also laws the forbid them from holding office. And there are tests for this that cannot be rigged by a person trying to hide the fact they are a sociopath. The harder they try, the easier it is to identify them. If we address this problem, we will start to see our problems disappear, such as our wasteful and ultra irresponsible spending that has led to our terrible national debt. Sociopaths do not care about the pain and hardships they create, as long as they get what they want.
