Once I found out about the news, I immediately sold all of my Apple stocks. There is no money to be made if an Apple product is manufactured in America. I'm afraid that I will lose more money instead.

Apple can relocate their production to the States, but that will increase their productioncosts. They have to compete in the US markets but also in Europe, Asia etc. When Trump put his tariff-plan in motion, counter tariffs from other nations will follow. Higher costs of production and foreign tariffs will make Apple products less compatative.
Question is, will Apple earn more money by relocating to the US and does that outweigh the losses on foreign markets? A gamble for Apple.!

Good luck with that. Markets are saturated with phones, tablets & PCs. Everyone’s looking for minimal expenditures on things like AI. Maybe companies are looking to cut staff using AI. Consumers are like free is the value 🤭

Bringing these jobs back to America screws Americans! They will hire cheap H1s from India to do the work (though Americans are more qualified, Indians don’t have family in the US so they will work 80hrs/wk without life/family balance at half the cost, but put that same Indian in India and they won’t work more than 40hrs/wk because they want to be with their family) and it will drive up the retail prices of the iPhone for real Americans. India wins, China and AMERICANS lose because of Trump and President Musk!
