We don’t need Greenland. We don’t need any island big or small. We have our hands full with what we have now. We should divorce ourselfs from some of the islands we help now. Money wasted , no real return on our investments. Let Greenland just float where it has been and Denmark is keeping an eye on it.

Mr. Morgan, Denmark offered Greeneland for sale to US in 1915. Realizing that Congress may not be interested, Denmark offered and sold to US for $10 million the Denish Virgin Islands–now, the Amerian Virgin Island. The Greenland offer has never been rejected by US Congress. Immediately after WWII, Pres. Truman tried reviving the issue and to buy Greenland from Denmark. Instead, US was given near-free military hands in Greenland by Denmark. President Trump as also a real estate developer, cannot overlook that option and the fact that Denmark initiate it.
