Introducing United TravelBank Cash: Your Reward for United Purchases!
Get ready, United Quest and United Business cardholders! Chase is shaking things up by changing the way you receive your annual United® travel credit. Starting March 24, 2025, instead of statement credits, you’ll now be rewarded with United TravelBank cash for your United purchases. Let’s dive into what this means for you and how it all works:
United Quest Card Benefits:
- Currently: $125 in statement credits for United purchases each account anniversary year
- Future: Receive the equivalent value in United TravelBank cash
United Business Card Benefits:
- Currently: $100 in statement credits for seven (7) United flight travel-related purchases, each totaling $100 or more, on each anniversary year
- Future: Enjoy the same value in United TravelBank cash
How It Works:
- TravelBank cash must be used for bookings on United- or United Express®-operated flights or as permitted by United
- Book your reservation before the expiration date of the credit
- TravelBank cash cannot be combined, transferred, extended, or re-credited for miles
- Unused award flight credits expire 12 months after the issue date
- You can use TravelBank cash alone or combine it with most other forms of payment
- Restrictions apply when combining TravelBank cash with travel certificates, future flight credit, or miles
- Flight purchases made with Money + Miles do not qualify for TravelBank cash
- TravelBank cash must be used within 12 months from the issue date
Keep your account open and in good standing to qualify for and receive your TravelBank cash. If your credit card account is closed, any unused TravelBank cash will be removed from your MileagePlus account. Remember, offer details and TravelBank cash rules are subject to change, and any taxes and fees associated with travel are your responsibility.
Take advantage of this exciting new change and make the most of your United purchases with United TravelBank cash. Plan your next adventure and enjoy the rewards!
