So he's comparing acts that occured during war that have since been hotly debated or outeight condemned for their lack of ethics to Trump telling people to riot? I feel like there's a significant difference between these situations, lol. Sure, previous presidents had immunity, but most times those were extraordinary circumstances, and even then there probably should have been more scrutiny. Trump just was mad he didn't win and told people to riot in his favor. That's pretty much inciting a coupe.
