    If rates drop below 6%, that will be enough for me to put my home on the market that purchased in 2021 as first time home buyer. The amount of appreciation I’ve been fortunate to experience will be more than enough to offset the higher interest rate on another home.

    I think you will be surprised how little buyers that will bring back to the market. Prices of homes have to come down in a very over priced market.
