5 Ways to Beat the Post-Vacation Slump and Keep the Summer Vibes Going!

5 Ways to Beat the Post-Vacation Slump and Keep the Summer Vibes Going!

Are you ready for some exciting news? I’m finally heading home this week, and I couldn’t be more excited! After almost six weeks of traveling, I’m looking forward to getting back to my own bed. Don’t get me wrong, travel is amazing, but it can also be draining. From exploring Japan to visiting my dad in Thailand, it’s been a whirlwind adventure.

Here are some highlights from my travels:

  • Japan was a blast, but it definitely left me exhausted.
  • In Thailand, we had to stay in a hotel due to delays with the construction of my dad’s house. The beds were uncomfortable, and I ended up with back pain from sleeping on them.
  • We spent our days at the beach and trying out local cuisine, which was relaxing and enjoyable.
  • A visit to Khoa Sam Muk, where we encountered monkeys that surprisingly kept their distance.
  • Indulging in durian and mangosteen from roadside vendors, despite the rising cost of durians.
  • The Bang Saen Aquarium was a fantastic spot to visit, showcasing significant improvements over the years.
  • We also managed to get RB40Jr a new pair of glasses at a much lower cost than in the US.

As we prepare to head back home, I have a few things on my to-do list, like getting a haircut and buying some local snacks. Once settled, I’ll be back to sharing personal finance tips and insights. But for now, I’m just trying to savor the last bits of summer before it slips away.

I hope you’re also enjoying your summer to the fullest! Remember, time flies, so make the most out of every moment. And don’t forget to follow along for more adventures and financial wisdom.
